Our mission is to bring professionalism, safety, and reliability to domestic staffing solutions across Odisha.Role Overview:We are looking for confident and energetic Brand / Sales Promoters (Male or Female) who will represent OmnniTron Solution in the field, promote our services to potential clients, and generate leads through direct marketing and outreach activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote OmnniTron&rsquo;s domestic staffing services in residential areas, apartments, markets, and offices.</li><li>Communicate clearly about service plans, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.</li><li>Distribute leaflets, banners, or promotional materials in targeted localities.</li><li>Generate leads and collect contact details for follow-up.</li><li>Support the operations team in onboarding new clients or workers.</li><li>Maintain daily report of field activities and leads.</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly targets for client/man power acquisition.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Open to Male &amp; Female candidates (Age 20&ndash;40 years).</li><li>Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Friendly attitude, neat appearance, and willingness to talk to new people.</li><li>Comfortable working in the field (within Odisha).</li><li>Prior experience in sales, promotion, or marketing preferred</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary Range: &#8377;12,000 &ndash; &#8377;14,000 per month + Incentives.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Travel allowance for fieldwork</li></ul>Working Hours:10:00 AM &ndash; 6:30 PM (Flexible for promotional events) Weekly off as per schedule.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;14,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>When are you Open to Join ?</li><li>Do you have your own bike ?
