Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Oversee project accounting, job costing, budget monitoring, and cost control for construction projects.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Develop and monitor budgets while ensuring effective cash flow and working capital management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and coordinate audits.</li><li>Supervise payroll processing, vendor payments, subcontractor accounts, and receivables.</li><li>Implement and maintain internal financial controls and identify opportunities for process improvements.</li><li>Lead and mentor the finance team while collaborating with management on financial planning and business decisions.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>Masters/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>8-10 years of accounting experience, with experience in the construction industry preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and project accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.</li></ul>Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
