 Key Responsibilities

 Strategic Marketing &amp; Brand Management

 Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition to refine marketing direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and enhance Sisters Beauty Lounge&rsquo;s brand identity across all channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the creation of compelling content, including visuals, videos, and written materials.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Digital &amp; Performance Marketing
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use platforms such as Klaviyo and have working knowledge of Mailchimp or HubSpot.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize the website for user experience and drive online engagement and conversion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Customer Acquisition &amp; Retention
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones through loyalty and referral programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent brand experience at all customer touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage customer data to create segmented, personalized marketing efforts.
 </li>

 Business Development &amp; Collaboration
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and partnership avenues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to pricing strategies with finance for competitiveness and profitability.
 </li>

 Support business expansion through strategic events and activations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Communication &amp; Stakeholder Alignment
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the graphic designer to execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present strategies and performance updates to key stakeholders across operations, finance, and leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Representing the brand at relevant industry events and networking forums.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in digital platforms, content planning, and campaign execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working in or helping build start-up environments is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
 </li>
