About the RoleOMSA Consulting Pros. is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who excels in digital strategy, performance marketing, brand positioning, and data-driven decision-making.You will oversee all digital marketing functions, align marketing efforts with business goals, and build a high-performing marketing team to scale our customer acquisition and brand presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, automation, paid media).</li><li>Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team.</li><li>Set KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI and growth.</li></ul>Performance Marketing<ul><li>Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.</li><li>Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements.</li></ul>Brand, Content &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Oversee brand positioning and digital storytelling.</li><li>Manage strategic content planning&mdash;blogs, videos, email campaigns, and social media.</li><li>Strengthen the company&rsquo;s online presence and engagement with key audiences.</li></ul>Data Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards) to track campaign performance.</li><li>Provide executive-level reports on KPIs, ROI, and marketing insights.</li><li>Identify trends and make data-backed recommendations.</li></ul>Technology &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Evaluate and implement marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Ensure best practices in digital marketing, data management, and compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>7&ndash;12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven success in scaling digital channels and leading high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li><li>Experience within consulting, technology, or professional services is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to build and lead a modern digital marketing function.</li><li>Dynamic, collaborative work environment.</li><li>Career growth in a fast-scaling organization.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,200,000.00 - &#8377;2,400,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
