Job Title: Business Development ExecutivePosition: Business development Executive Department: Sales &amp; Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Management / Reporting ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 1&ndash;2 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by onboarding new clients and promoting the range of services offered by OMX Solutions, including hardware supply, software licenses, and other IT services.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &amp; Sales&middot; Identify and generate new business opportunities through telemarketing, client referrals, databases, and other approved channels.&middot; Achieve the onboarding of 5&ndash;10 new clients per month, with emphasis on high-value and core revenue-generating services.&middot; Reconnect with inactive clients shared by the Marketing Team through structured follow-ups and meetings.&middot; Manage and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely requirement gathering and deal closure.&middot; Conduct competitor and market analysis for key accounts and recommend strategies to acquire similar prospects.Client Coordination &amp; Communication&middot; Gather detailed client requirements, including conducting site visits where necessary.&middot; Ensure that all inquiries, requirements, or BOQs from onsite meetings are shared by end of day (EOD).&middot; Maintain professional communication and strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.&middot; Coordinate technical support requests strictly via email with the IT team through the CRM system.CRM Management &amp; Reporting&middot; Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, estimates, proposals, invoices, and client interactions in ZOHO CRM.&middot; Monitor sales pipeline progress, follow-up activities, and reporting exclusively through the CRM.&middot; Update daily schedules, tasks, and meeting plans in the CRM system.&middot; Ensure all sales-related activities are documented in a timely and accurate mannerReviews &amp; Compliance&middot; Participate in monthly review meetings with updated reports and performance data.&middot; Adhere to internal reporting standards and performance review processes, including annual appraisals.Working Conditions&middot; Performance Targets: Achieve monthly targets assigned by the company.&middot; Work Environment: Office-based role.&middot; Travel Requirements: Client visits within the UAE as required (travel expenses covered as per company policy).Performance Evaluation &amp; KPIs&middot; Performance will be assessed based on:&middot; Number of new clients acquired.&middot; Lead generation effectiveness and conversion ratios.&middot; Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRM updates.&middot; Quality of client engagement and follow-up.&middot; Contribution toward monthly and overall revenue targets.Formal evaluations will be conducted during monthly reviews and annual performance appraisals.
