<div>Job Description: 
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Combo Pipe/Structural Welders and Combo Pipe/Structural Fitters / Boilmakers

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Pay Rates:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Combo Welders: Up to $31.50/hr
</li>
<li>Combo Fitters: Up to $31.50/hr
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Rating &amp; Compensation Structure:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Rating depends on skill and behavior
</li>
<li>Employees must complete two offshore trips (minimum three weeks each) before becoming eligible for A rating
</li>
<li>Employees will receive at least one week&rsquo;s notice before any deployment
</li>
<li>The guaranteed annual amount will be compared to actual earnings and adjusted accordingly with the final payroll in December
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements:</h3>

Welders:
<ul>
<li>Must qualify for Carbon Steel (CS) pipe and structural welding
</li>
<li>Must pass the weld test following WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
</li>
<li>Root pass must be done using SMAW (stick) &ndash; no back welding allowed
</li>
<li>Penetration from one side only on structural tests
</li>
<li>Must read WPS before welding to understand heat, speed, and electrical input
</li>
<li>Scrap metal provided for practice before the coupon
</li>
<li>The pipe test will be in 6G position
</li>
</ul>Fitters / Boilermakers:
<ul>
<li>Must work with both pipe and structural components
</li>
<li>Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
</li>
</ul>General Requirements (All Candidates):
<ul>
<li>Must be legally authorized to work and travel outside the U.S.
</li>
<li>Must be willing to go offshore when required
</li>
<li>Must be flexible to work 84 hrs/week during peak periods and 40 hrs/week during low periods
</li>
<li>Must be able to understand and follow safety and work instructions in English
</li>
<li>Late arrivals will not be interviewed
</li>
<li>Failure to follow safety protocols during the interview will result in immediate dismissal
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Important Notes for Candidates:</h3>
<ul>
<li>This is a high-standard position &ndash; please read and understand the WPS before testing
</li>
<li>90% of past candidates fail at the root pass due to lack of preparation
</li>
<li>Candidates must be punctual and safety-conscious
</li>
