OnCare Digital Assets is the largest third-party Quality Control System service provider on the continent, delivering critical automation support to pulp &amp; paper industry leaders.Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our Finance department. This is a primarily remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Appleton, WI area and be available to commute to the local office/lab as needed (typically 1&ndash;2 days or less per week) for tasks such as collecting mail, processing invoices, and supporting on-site financial operations.This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys owning a broad range of accounting responsibilities.We are looking to hire immediately.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support daily financial operations across payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger</li><li>Process and verify vendor invoices and employee expense reports</li><li>Assist with month-end close, reporting, and account reconciliations</li><li>Collect and manage incoming mail, including invoices and financial documents</li><li>Prepare and send customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and generate internal financial reports</li><li>Utilize CSC and NetSuite to manage accounting workflows and documentation</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of accounting experience across key financial functions</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or related field preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)</li><li>Experience with accounting software required; NetSuite experience is a plus</li><li>Must reside in or near the Appleton, WI area with ability to commute locally as needed</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, organized, and dependable work style</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Full-time, remote-flexible position</li><li>Occasional in-office presence (typically 1&ndash;2 days per week, as needed&mdash;not strictly scheduled)</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li></ul>OnCare Digital Assets is an EEO/AA/VEVRAA compliant Federal Contractor and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
