<div>TKO is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Events team. The Corporate Events Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile internal and external events, retreats, ticketing processes, and VIP hospitality lounges for its global sports and entertainment divisions. This role manages budgets, vendor relationships, and executive hospitality while driving cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners. 
The Manager will report to the Corporate Events Senior Director, based in Los Angeles, and will assist with companywide projects across Los Angeles, New York, and additional markets. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, direct interaction with senior executives, and relationship building with key external partners and industry leaders in the hospitality and entertainment space. 
<ul><li>The business units that this position will support, but are not limited to are WME, WME Sports, WME Basketball, 160/90, TKO Corporate, UFC, WWE, PBR, IMG and On Location.
</li><li>Ticketing and hospitality management requires the candidate to be diligently organized and efficient in Excel/Google Sheets. This includes being well-versed in drafting email communications and following guest information timelines, tracking corporate allocations across the businesses and spearheading ticket distribution, prepping event logistics as well as assisting with on-site hospitality for executive guests.
</li></ul>Planning and executing events responsibilities include but are not limited to vendor/venue sourcing and outreach, event supplies and materials procurement, invitation distribution and guest list management.

</li></ul>Professional hosting at high-level events for internal and external executives requires confidence and polished interactions while managing their needs from arrival to departure. This includes the ability to communicate effectively, address requests promptly, make decisive judgments to resolve issues efficiently, handle high-pressure situations with assurance and proactively anticipate guest preferences to ensure a smooth experience. This will allow for leveraging prior knowledge of their preferences to better prepare for future events and encounters.

 </li></ul>The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly strategic, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They&rsquo;re also able to manage multiple events and projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. They will need to be constantly aware of what is going on throughout the businesses we service and will need to build strong relationships with a variety of internal employees and executives as well as external vendors and hospitality partners.

</li></ul>Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, and work extended hours &mdash; including evenings and weekends &mdash; during peak event seasons and on larger projects. Having a driver&rsquo;s license is required and a passport is preferred. Estimated yearly travel is approximately 40%

</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale events, activations, and hospitality programs (e.g., Super Bowl, NBA All-Star, NBA Summer League, Oscars, and Internal Retreats).
</li><li>Oversee large-scale budgets ($500K+) ensuring cost efficiency while upholding creative standards.
</li><li>Manage vendor/venue sourcing, negotiation, and contracts for high-profile events.
</li><li>Own executive hospitality and high-volume ticketing operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and sponsorship teams to deliver brand-aligned experiences.
</li><li>Supervise event coordinators, assistants, and interns as needed; delegate tasks and provide mentorship.
</li><li>Prepare executive communications, event decks, and sponsorship pitches.
</li><li>Track and analyze event performance, providing strategic insights for future initiatives.
</li><li>Maintain event supply inventories and team grids for tracking.
</li>Prepare pre- and post-event recaps and presentations to present to executives.

</li></ul>Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in event production, logistics, hospitality (sports/entertainment strongly preferred).
</li><li>Event d&eacute;cor/interior design experience and interest is helpful
</li><li>Exudes hospitality-minded and customer service-oriented behaviors especially when interacting with executive leadership and responding to employee and client
</li><li>Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.
</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external partners.
</li><li>Polished executive presence with hospitality-minded communication skills.
</li><li>Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills conveying a positive personal and professional image
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to confidently work with all levels of colleagues, consultants, managing directors, senior management, vendors, etc.
</li><li>Ability to handle challenging situations with poise, understanding and tact
</li><li>Consistent, dependable, and accurate in completing responsibilities/tasks
</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
</li><li>Strong problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking skills
</li><li>Works cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation, collaboration and enthusiasm for tasks
</li><li>Recognize and maintains confidentiality where needed
</li>High proficiency in Google Suite and budget management tools (e.g., SAP Concur).

</li></ul>Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$78,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
