<div>On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Property Manager with residential property management experience to join our team in Round Rock, Texas!

This licensed role serves as a crucial role in our operations, serving as the main point of contact for owners and residents for anywhere between 250 - 350 properties that make up your portfolio! 
Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide superb customer service when dealing with owners and tenants both in-person and over the phone</li>
<li>Facilitate maintenance requests from a tenant, investigating and resolving tenant complaints</li>
<li>Collection of rents, send 5-day notices, creating bills/invoices as needed</li>
<li>Resolve compliance issues and initiate corrective action, enforce rules of occupancy and community rules</li>
<li>Renew leases and facilitate unit turns between occupancies</li>
<li>Address escalations within your portfolio quickly and efficiently</li>
<li>Meet (or exceed) deadlines for routine tasks</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active TX Real Estate License</li>
<li>1+ year(s) of experience in single-family property management</li>
<li>Familiarity with residential leases, addendums, and procedures</li>
<li>Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Customer Service Champion</li></ul>
