This position is ideal for someone who is looking to embark on a new career with room for growth or looking to join a new industry!Daily Responsibilities&middot; Aiding technicians and supervisors in creating and sending proposals to customers; properly setting up work orders based on proposals&middot; Reviewing time logs&middot; Coordinating and filing Employee paperwork&middot; Assist in emailing/mailing work orders, invoices, and other Company documents&middot; Answering requests and questions from customers and Technicians via phone, chat, and email regarding pricing, procedure.. review daily, weekly and monthly reports.&middot; Effectively scheduling new and existing recurring monthly/quarterly programs and other services for customers&middot; Accepting payments via phone, mail, and electronic communications. assist with hiring. review sales platformsCandidate Requirements:&middot; Must have at least 1 year experience working in an office environment&middot; Ability to pass a background check&middot; Trustworthy with excellent judgement, observational skills, and attention to detail&middot; Positive personality; a team player who is confident and eager to grow&middot; Ability to work independently and with a team&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English&middot; Ability to write professional emails and speak clearly and professionally&middot; Flexibility with availability and scheduling; we are open Monday &ndash; Friday, 8am &ndash; 5 pm and on Sunday, 8am &ndash; 5 pm&middot; Knowledge of multiple operating systems, applications, (Microsoft Suite, Adobe PDF, etc.) and bug tracking databases is a plus!Education Requirements:&middot; High school diploma or equivalent education, such as GEDBenefits:&middot; Competitive hourly pay with potential for bonuses&middot; Full-time position including paid training&middot; Career advancement opportunities&middot; Medical, Dental, and Vision insurances*&middot; Paid vacation, sick, and paternity/maternity leaves*&middot; Fun, diverse, and collaborative work environment!&middot; Office parties and team-building events!&middot; *Benefits included following probationary period. 401kWho are we?On The Fly Pest Solutions is a family owned and operated company that is committed to providing our customers the highest quality of service.
