On The Road Truck Repair is looking for a full-time Billing Analyst to join our growing team. Our Billing Analyst will utilize auditing and data entry to accurately and timely complete customer billing.Projected start date: 2nd week of FebruaryLocation:This position is a remote work from home option, after the initial training period.<ul><li>Onsite training in Statesville, NC</li><li>Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with 30-minute lunch break.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and audit incoming documents with attention to credibility.</li><li>Communicate with coworkers to resolve discrepancies in documentation received.</li><li>Adapt between various customer billing requirements.</li><li>Create, self-audit and submit invoices.</li><li>Regularly prepare summary reports.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as Billing Analyst</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel &amp; Word)</li><li>High level of skill in both keyboard and 10-key</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness</li><li>Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with customers and data</li><li>Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Result-driven and patient</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
