We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Licensed Psychotherapist to provide telehealth outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.We are especially interested in clinicians with experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (dual diagnosis). You'll work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, SUD counselors, and peer recovery specialists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.If you're looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity , we'd love to hear from you.Position Details<ul><li>Job Title: Licensed Psychotherapist</li><li>Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor</li><li>Work Location: Remote (Telehealth)</li><li>Schedule: Flexible Part-Time</li><li>State License Required: Maryland</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.</li><li>Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.</li><li>Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Provide evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health conditions.</li><li>Treat individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based interventions.</li><li>Utilize treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and other clinically appropriate approaches.</li><li>Perform suicide risk assessments and develop safety plans when indicated.</li><li>Maintain timely, accurate, and insurance-compliant clinical documentation within the EHR.</li><li>Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, SUD counselors, peer recovery specialists, and care coordinators to provide integrated care.</li><li>Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications Required<ul><li>Active Maryland license as one of the following:</li><li>LGPC or LMSW</li><li>Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.</li><li>Ability to independently manage a telehealth caseload.</li><li>Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace suitable for telehealth services.</li></ul>Preferred:At least 1 year clinical experience with the following:<ul><li>Providing outpatient mental health therapy.</li><li>Treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.</li><li>Experience with dual diagnosis treatment.</li><li>Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).</li><li>Knowledge of Maryland Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation standards.</li><li>Experience working within integrated behavioral health or multidisciplinary treatment teams.</li></ul>Patient Population:You may provide treatment to one or more of the following populations:<ul><li>Children</li><li>Adolescents</li><li>Adults</li><li>Families</li></ul>Clinical Areas:Experience with any of the following is preferred:<ul><li>Anxiety Disorders</li><li>Depression</li><li>Trauma</li><li>PTSD</li><li>Bipolar Disorder</li><li>ADHD</li><li>Grief and Loss</li><li>Adjustment Disorders</li><li>Substance Use Disorders (SUD)</li><li>Co-occurring Disorders (Dual Diagnosis)</li></ul>Why Join On-Time Medical Group?<ul><li>Fully Remote Telehealth Position</li><li>Supervision Provided towards full licensure.</li><li>Flexible Schedule</li><li>Choose Your Availability</li><li>Administrative Support</li><li>Established Referral Network</li><li>Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team</li><li>Modern Electronic Health Record System</li><li>Opportunity for Professional Growth</li><li>Supportive Clinical Environment</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive per-session contractor compensation based on licensure, experience, and credentials.Preferred Skills<ul><li>Individual Psychotherapy</li><li>Mental Health Counseling</li><li>Behavioral Health</li><li>Outpatient Therapy</li><li>Telehealth</li><li>Teletherapy</li><li>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)</li><li>Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)</li><li>Motivational Interviewing (MI)</li><li>Trauma-Informed Care</li><li>Crisis Intervention</li><li>Substance Use Disorder Treatment</li><li>Dual Diagnosis</li><li>Treatment Planning</li><li>Clinical Documentation</li><li>Electronic Health Records (EHR)</li></ul>LicenseRequired: Active Maryland LGPC, or LMSW license in good standing.On-Time Medical Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
