Onboard Media is seeking a talented and creative Arabic-speaking Content Creator &amp; Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing our clients&rsquo; social media platforms, and driving strong online engagement. If you are passionate about digital marketing, branding, and storytelling, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging Arabic and English content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.</li><li>Produce high-quality videos, photos, reels, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li>Develop a monthly content calendar and manage daily posting.</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments (mainly in Arabic), and build online communities.</li><li>Track performance analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for campaign planning.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Manage paid ads (if required) on Meta or TikTok.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all content.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in content creation or social media management.</li><li>Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (mobile or professional).</li><li>Excellent command of Arabic (mandatory); English is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and other social tools.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt quickly.</li><li>Basic graphic design skills are an advantage (Canva, Photoshop).</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience running Meta or TikTok ads.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing concepts.</li><li>Portfolio of past work is highly preferred.</li></ul>Benefits(Add your benefits, for example:)<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Friendly and creative work environment</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your CV, portfolio, and links to your previous social media work.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Social Media Specialist: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>arabic and english (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
