Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Welcome all visitors and provide a professional and positive client experience
</li><li>Service visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately</li><li>
Manage main phone line switchboard, answer, and forward incoming calls as appropriate
</li><li>Receive deliveries, couriers and distribute as appropriate
</li><li>Maintain lobby areas and conference room to ensure they are clean and ready for use
</li><li>Work with other team members in supporting attorneys and paralegals within the firm
</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Office
</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt, change pace quickly with a high degree of multi-taking and time management
</li><li>Prior experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in the legal field.
