Evaluate underlying claims to determine reinsurance applicability and coverage alignment with precision.</div></li><li><div>
Interpret reinsurance treaties to drive accurate reporting and ensure full contractual adherence.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate cross functionally with underwriters, brokers, and actuaries to assess claim developments and optimize outcomes.</div></li><li><div>
Enforce strict compliance with internal protocols while upholding operational integrity and consistency.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Successful Candidates Will Have:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree required; reinsurance certifications preferred (e.g., ARe, CPCU, AIC)</div></li><li><div>
5+ years of reinsurance multi-lines claims handling experience (Casualty preferred)</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of reinsurance structures, treaty language, and claims recovery processes.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in data analysis and financial reconciliation.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent analytical and communication skills.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Pay Range:</b></div>
$80,000 - $100,000 Annual<div></div><div><i>
