What You Will Do</p>
Supervises employees in construction, maintenance, and operation of distribution and transmission systems for a geographic area or metro service facility.<br>
Supervise employees in construction, maintenance, and operation of distribution and transmission systems and appurtenances including:<br>
<ul><li>
Line extensions</li><li>
Transmission/distribution lines</li><li>
Purchasing and materials</li><li>
Corrosion control</li><li>
Leakage survey</li></ul>
Oversee and inspect installation and operation of pipeline equipment and facilities including:<br>
<ul><li>
Meter/regulator settings</li><li>
Tapping/pressure control equipment</li><li>
Storage tanks/scrubbers/dehydrators</li><li>
Pressure tests (air, gas, water)</li></ul>
Inspect, evaluate, and recommend whether to repair or replace pipe and appurtenances.<br>
Schedule and conduct safety and training sessions for employees.<br>
Provide information, consultation, and assistance to customers, contractors, inspectors, city/county/state officials, employees, and others relative to company activities, policies, and procedures.<br>
Compile, prepare, and/or verify information including:<br>

Operating activities</li><li>
Completion reports</li><li>
Accident reports</li><li>
DriveCam reports</li><li>
Employee documentation</li><li>
Service cards/leak reports</li><li>
MAXIMO</li><li>
Department metrics reports</li><li>

Customer correspondence</li><li>
O&amp;M and capital budgets</li></ul>

<p>
What You Will Need</p>
Experience with and working knowledge of the construction, maintenance, appurtenances, and operation of pipeline systems related to natural gas distribution systems.<br>
Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including accessing computers and related software.<br>
Apply basic math and algebraic formulas.<br>
Demonstrated ability to coordinate work projects for most use of personnel and equipment.<br>
Experience and training related to:<br>
<ul><li>
Distribution pipeline operation (specified by position)</li><li>
Transmission pipeline operation (specified by position)</li><li>
Company/governmental operating and safety procedures</li><li>
Emergency response procedures</li><li>
Communications skills</li><li>
Customer service functions</li></ul>
Demonstrated ability to monitor operations and situations to ensure compliance with safety policies, operator qualifications and procedures.<br>
Demonstrated ability to interact, advise, and communicate effectively.<br>
Demonstrated ability to train, direct, and oversee; working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.<br>
Demonstrated ability to compile and prepare reports, recommendations, and correspondence.<br>
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret manuals, policies, procedures, permits, governmental regulations, engineering plans, maps, job specifications, reports, and correspondence.<br>
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.<br>
Minimum Applicable driver's license to travel to job sites throughout operating service area<br>
Minimum National Association of Corrosion Engineer (NACE) Certification (as specified by position)<br>
Oklahoma and Texas: CDL preferred<br>
Mobility to travel in and around plant and office facilities and around job sites out-of-doors.<br>
Able to assist crew members in performance of routine and emergency activities such as construction and maintenance; leakage detection and repair; and corrosion control.<br>
Able to operate tools and equipment required.<br>
Communicate and exchange verbal and written information and instructions; conduct oral presentations.<br>
Visual abilities to perform job responsibilities.<br>

Perform intermediate level of compilation and preparation of plan, forecast, and model information for various company departments, business segments and entities.<br>
