Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Run leads that are generated by technicians or marketing, consistently closing and hitting KPIs</li><li>
Follow the system for comfort surveys and presentations to customers in their homes</li><li>
Available to work evenings and weekends as needed</li><li>
Additional duties and responsibilities as needed</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, adjusting as needed</li></ul>
Requirements:

Proven experience in commission sales, preferably in a related industry</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li></ul>
