Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Travel &amp; Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of travel services including visa processing, international air tickets, holiday packages, hotel bookings, and travel-related services worldwide. The role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer handling, and the ability to close deals efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell travel products including tourist visas, air tickets, holiday packages, hotels, cruises, and travel insurance</li><li>Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients</li><li>Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and services</li><li>Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and invoices in a timely manner</li><li>Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups in the system</li><li>Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery</li><li>Stay updated on visa regulations, airline fares, promotions, and travel trends</li><li>Handle after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in travel and tourism sales (UAE experience preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of visa processes, GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo), airline fares, and holiday packages</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Customer-oriented with strong follow-up skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems</li><li>Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission/incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li><li>Exposure to global travel products and destinations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Expected joining in days</li><li>Expected Salary in AED</li></ul>
