Job Title:Medical Verification and Authorization AssociateJob Overview:We are hiring Medical Verification and Authorization Associates to manage patient insurance processes. The role includes two functions:<ul><li>Verification &rarr; Confirm insurance coverage via calls/online portals.</li><li>Authorization &rarr; Request prior approvals from insurance companies by submitting medical documentation.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Verify patient eligibility, benefits, co-pay, and coverage.</li><li>Submit and track authorization requests for procedures/treatments.</li><li>Gather and review medical documents to support approvals.</li><li>Communicate with physicians, clinical staff, and insurance reps.</li><li>Resolve denials or delays by providing required details.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: D.Pharmacy (preferred) or equivalent healthcare degree.</li><li>Experience in insurance verification/authorization is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with insurance portals and healthcare software.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential patient information.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Training and growth opportunities.</li><li>Supportive team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
