We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive eCommerce Account Manager to handle both TikTok Shop and Amazon operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketplace management, creator partnerships, listing optimization, advertising strategies, and performance reporting. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously while delivering consistent growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop Management<ul><li>Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations including product listings, pricing updates, campaign setups, and daily performance tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with creators and affiliates: onboarding, sample management, performance monitoring, and commission tracking.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Seller Managers and creator partners.</li><li>Monitor GMV, conversion rates, and campaign analytics to optimize shop visibility and sales.</li><li>Track content output from creators and ensure accurate reporting of results.</li><li>Oversee logistics coordination to ensure smooth order processing and resolve operational issues promptly.</li></ul>Amazon Account Management<ul><li>Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central accounts including listing creation, SEO optimization, and catalog maintenance.</li><li>Develop and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns&mdash;bidding, budgets, targeting, and continuous performance improvement.</li><li>Monitor account health, policy compliance, and resolve tickets or violations before they impact performance.</li><li>Handle FBA inventory planning, shipment creation, forecasting, and replenishment strategies.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Work with creatives to develop high-quality A+ content, Storefronts, and conversion-driven listing assets.</li></ul>Cross-Platform Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports covering both platforms.</li><li>Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.</li><li>Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across TikTok Shop and Amazon.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, logistics, and finance.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest platform features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of experience managing both TikTok Shop and Amazon or similar marketplace environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, AOV).</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>TikTok Seller Center &amp; Affiliate Center</li><li>Amazon Seller Central / PPC tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive)</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative mindset with understanding of content, thumbnails, and listing conversion principles.</li></ul>Work Hours: 02:00 PM &ndash; 11:00 PM (PKT)How to Apply:Send your resume to hr@oneoffgroup.com &mdash; we review every application carefully.Work Location: In-house (i-8 Markaz)Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
