 The Role
 
 
 
 As a member of the analytics team, you will bring order to vast amounts of internal and external data so OnePay can make better data-driven business decisions, faster. You will work cross-functionally to define the problem at-hand, create a framework to break it down, leverage data to enable optimal decision-making, and extend proposals that advance both the business and provide a better experience for our customers. To be successful, you&rsquo;ll need a passion for solving complex problems inherent to working in the fintech industry, have an eager-mentality to accelerate our robust customer growth, and take an owner mindset in managing our foremost business performance metrics.
 
 
 
 This Role Is Responsible For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform detailed product usage and business performance analyses to derive data insights that lead to actionable business solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure impact of changes with a focus on iteration to perfection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intertwine analytics with business and product strategy to craft business proposals that ultimately impact the bottom-line.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to uncover patterns, automate insights, and push the boundaries of what&rsquo;s possible in product analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share business insights and product enhancement recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively and concisely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dig into user behavior and &ldquo;double-clicks&rdquo; of the data to identify high-impact opportunities for product improvements or targeted outreach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Think through 2nd order impacts of analysis and explain the impacts to different business areas.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You bring
 
 
 
 <ul>

 4-7 years of professional experience in analytics with a proven track record of leveraging quantitative analyses to drive business or product changes in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced SQL skills with a track record of extracting and analyzing complex datasets independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills &mdash; you can go from ambiguous questions to clear insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work cross-functionally to translate complex data questions into practical business guidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intellectual curiosity to look beyond the &lsquo;what&rsquo; and answer the &lsquo;why&rsquo;.
 </li>
 <li>
