Position Overview</h3>
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can follow established processes, understands U.S. GAAP principles, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul><li>
Support day-to-day accounting and finance tasks, including accounts payables and receivables</li><li>
Record, review, and reconcile daily banking transactions</li><li>
Respond to customer billing and accounting-related inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>
Assist with cash flow monitoring, accruals, and account reconciliations</li><li>
Prepare monthly reports, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) and headcount reporting</li><li>
Maintain organized financial records and support corporate accounting activities</li><li>
Work within accounting systems to ensure accurate and complete financial data</li><li>
Collaborate with a U.S.-based team to support accurate reporting and efficient processes</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h3><ul><li>
2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience</li><li>
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP</li><li>
Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Bill.com)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes</li><li>
Understanding of business operations, preferably within a tech/SaaS environment</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets</li><li>
Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>
Experience in a SaaS or technology company</li><li>
Exposure to corporate accounting and financial reporting</li><li>
