We are looking for a smart, curious, and detail-driven Operations Associate to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time across our global network. You&rsquo;ll be part of a lean, fast-moving operations team that sits at the heart of how One Retail Group runs &mdash; balancing stock flow, data accuracy, logistics performance, and commercial outcomes.
This isn&rsquo;t just about moving boxes &mdash; it&rsquo;s about making smart, data-led decisions that ensure our international supply chain runs efficiently and profitably. You&rsquo;ll quickly build expertise across inventory management, forecasting, freight coordination, and partner performance, while learning how a high-growth e-commerce business operates end to end.

Location: Bengaluru, India
You will initially work remotely (from home) in India, but should be prepared to commute daily to our location in Bengaluru, India once on-site operations are established.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management &amp; Replenishment:<ul>
<li>Manage stock movement across multiple regions, ensuring products are always in the right place at the right time.</li>
<li>Support our replenishment planning to maintain sales momentum and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.</li>
<li>Partner with our China and UK teams to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth flow of goods through our network.</li>
</ul>
Data Management &amp; Analysis:<ul>
<li>Analyse sales, stock, and logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to support business decisions.</li>
<li>Provide insights that inform buying, forecasting, and operational strategy.</li>
</ul>
Logistics &amp; Partner Coordination:<ul>
<li>Work closely with logistics and freight partners, ensuring they deliver to agreed service levels.</li>
<li>Track and reconcile freight costs and invoices, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.</li>
<li>Help identify and onboard new logistics partners as the business expands.</li>
</ul>
Continuous Improvement:<ul>
<li>Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and speed up operational processes.</li>
<li>Support new logistics network setups, new 3PL integrations, and process automation initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop and document best practices as we scale our operations across regions.</li>
</ul>
Forecasting &amp; Planning:<ul>
<li>Assist in stock forecasting by assessing sales trends, seasonal patterns, and promotional activity.</li>
<li>Support purchasing and operations teams in aligning forecast accuracy with supplier lead times.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Support:<ul>
<li>Partner with commercial, finance, and purchasing teams to provide accurate, timely operational data.</li>
<li>Create and share digestible reports that inform strategic decision-making.</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate:<ul>
<li>Highly analytical with strong numerical and Excel/Google Sheets skills &mdash; you&rsquo;re confident working with data.</li>
<li>A fast learner who enjoys solving complex problems and takes pride in getting the details right.</li>
