Location: G-9/4, Islamabad (On-site) Company: OneScreen SolutionsRole OverviewOneScreen Solutions is looking for a Senior Graphics Designer who thinks beyond traditional UI/UX or mobile app design. This role is focused on brand storytelling, creative content, and visual communication for our OneScreen Products.The ideal candidate understands how to turn a brand into engaging visual content that drives organic reach, engagement, and recall, and can also support internal teams with strong sales and product-focused design assets.Note: This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to mobile app or software UI/UX design only.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand &amp; Content Design<ul><li>Create visually engaging content aligned with OneScreen&rsquo;s brand identity</li><li>Design creative assets for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms focused on organic reach and engagement</li><li>Conceptualize bright, out-of-the-box ideas, including gamification-based visuals, interactive concepts, and storytelling-driven designs</li><li>Develop creative content specifically for OneScreen Interactive LED displays</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Product-Focused Design<ul><li>Design product sheets, brochures, catalogs, and datasheets</li><li>Create battle cards, comparison charts, and competitive visuals for sales enablement</li><li>Design infographics to simplify technical or product-related information</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate product features into compelling visuals</li></ul>Creative Leadership<ul><li>Maintain and evolve the brand&rsquo;s visual language across all touchpoints</li><li>Ensure design consistency across external and internal materials</li><li>Provide creative direction and quality control for design outputs</li><li>Stay updated with design trends relevant to branding, content marketing, and visual storytelling</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field</li><li>4&ndash;6+ years of professional graphic design experience</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing branding, content design, marketing creatives, and product-related visuals</li><li>Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus for layout and collaboration</li><li>Strong understanding of brand design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Ability to convert complex product information into clear, engaging visuals</li><li>Experience designing for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing content</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience working with tech, hardware, or display products</li><li>Motion graphics or animated content experience (After Effects)</li><li>Experience with campaign ideation, gamification concepts, or interactive visuals</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunity to work on global product branding</li><li>Creative freedom to ideate and execute bold visual concepts</li><li>Collaborative work environment with marketing, product, and sales teams</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Portfolio Link</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 22/12/2025
