Our team values professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and a can‑do attitude in everything we do.Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident and comfortable with Glidewell milling systems, CEREC workflows, and Invisalign. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, punctual, and brings a consistently positive attitude to the team and our patients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform high‑quality digital scanning, design, and milling using Glidewell and CEREC systems</li><li>Assist with Invisalign case workflows, including scanning, attachments, IPR, and patient instructions</li><li>Maintain strict organization of clinical supplies, digital files, and lab cases</li><li>Prepare operatories efficiently and ensure sterilization protocols are followed</li><li>Support the dentist chairside with a wide range of procedures</li><li>Provide excellent patient communication and education</li><li>Help maintain a smooth, team‑oriented clinical flow throughout the day</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 4* years dental assisting experience* (preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail</li><li>Warm, positive, team‑first attitude</li><li>Current dental assisting credentials and certifications</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A supportive, friendly team environment</li><li>Opportunities to grow with digital dentistry and advanced workflows</li><li>Competitive pay (DOE) and benefits package</li><li>A workplace where positivity and professionalism truly matter</li></ul>If you are passionate about digital dentistry, love staying organized, and want to be part of a practice that values teamwork and patient care, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!We work a rotating schedule one week Mon-Thurs then the next week Tues-Friday so twice a month you will have 4 day weekends. Start time is 6:30/huddle and patients start at 7am. Mon-thurs day ends at 4pm and Fridays at 2pm.Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: In person
