<ul><li>To answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>To politely greet, direct and assist customers</li><li>To coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries</li><li>To schedule appointments; rearrange the appointments as per the exigencies</li><li>To register patients in the system</li><li>To ensure internal matters are not openly discussed in the premises and instead should be escalated to the Centre / Floor Manager for resolution</li><li>To understand the package/prescription of referring Doctor and log in right tests</li><li>To correctly register clients without any errors</li><li>To seek clarifications regarding Tests</li><li>To ensure Cash Handling &amp; Credit Billing</li><li>To ensure zero leakage of cash collection</li><li>To ensure Creation/Checking of Bills in case of credit parties</li><li>To be responsible for filing of Credit bills along with Credit letter</li><li>To be responsible for receipt of Cash / Credit Payment</li><li>Ensure every patient completes 3 appointments in a week (except in cases where prescribed otherwise)</li><li>Reducing Cancellations and No-Shows through confirmation calls, rescheduling of appointments, follow-up calls, sms&rsquo;, patient engagement</li><li>Greeting/ hospitality with patients; Making conversations with patients to enable them get comfortable in the clinic</li><li>Share the Google Review link when the patient is in the clinic and politely get them to fill it</li><li>Approach happy patients (in-process/ discharged) to refer more patients</li><li>Ensuring the up-keep of the clinic (Cleanliness, basic hygiene); Housekeeping staff must be well- trained</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
