Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):<ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years in transportation-related sales or freight brokerage</li><li>Established network and relationships within the transportation space</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business</li><li>Strong understanding of 3PL, supply chain logistics, and freight transportation</li><li>Passion for building and maintaining strong, long-term customer partnerships</li><li>Proficiency in cold outreach and generating new business opportunities</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and collaboration</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs</li></ul>
