Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operational Manager to oversee our

day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with deep F&amp;B

industry experience, a robust network within the sector, and preferably, a background in sales

within F&amp;B SaaS solutions. This leadership role will be critical in driving operational excellence,

strengthening our market position, and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operational Leadership:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all functions.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, finance, sales, and marketing) to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strategic Execution:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with COFE&rsquo;s mission and vision.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Work closely with the executive team to drive business growth and ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Market &amp; Client Management:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key F&amp;B brands across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.</li>
<li>Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhance client engagement.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Sales &amp; Business Development:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Provide oversight and strategic direction for the sales of our F&amp;B SaaS solutions, including COFE Cloud.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Financial Oversight:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable business growth.</li>
<li>Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality or innovation.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Process Improvement &amp; Innovation:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Team Leadership &amp; Development:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Mentor and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment to drive employee engagement and professional growth.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven track record in a senior operations leadership role within the F&amp;B industry.</li>
<li>Extensive experience working with key F&amp;B brands and a robust industry network.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Prior experience in a tech-powered or SaaS environment is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Sales exposure, particularly in F&amp;B SaaS solutions, will be considered a strong asset.</li>

The Marketing Specialist will support COFE&rsquo;s brand growth and user acquisition in Saudi Arabia by executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting localized campaigns and partnerships in alignment with COFE&rsquo;s tech-driven, lifestyle positioning across the GCC.

Requirements

<li>Bilingual (very efficient in both Arabic &amp; English- both written and spoken)</li>
<li>Culturally aware of the Kuwaiti lifestyle and market</li>
<li>Has experience in both offline and online marketing</li>
<li>Has at least basic of graphic design skills in order to amend designs where needed</li>
