Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Assist with posting job openings and reviewing applications</li><li>
Support scheduling and coordination of interviews</li><li>
Help maintain candidate records and general HR documentation</li><li>

Provide administrative support to the HR team</li><li>
Assist with various HR projects and tasks as assigned</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Basic proficiency with standard office software</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality</li><li>
Able to follow established workflows</li><li>
Interest in Human Resources or business operations</li></ul></div>

HR Intern

<div><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a provider to join the rapidly growing TextCare team and to help refine the virtual care experience for patients. Our providers build patient relationships and are the trusted resource needed to improve health outcomes while minimizing time and financial impacts on patients. They deliver care and treatment to patients in a caring, compassionate manner through text, phone, video, and email.

Ability to serve a panel of patients, providing virtual acute care and medical expertise with appropriate follow-up</li><li>
Provide pharmacological treatment, including prescribing medications through electronic prescribing systems</li><li>
Refer patients to specialty care with an emphasis on appropriateness and value</li><li>
Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with other providers as needed</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Completion of an accredited NP or PA program</li><li>
Active Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant license in Tennessee</li><li>
Prescriptive authority</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience</li><li>
BLS certification</li><li>
Willingness to work 2x 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday (Example shifts: 7a-7p or 11a-11p ET)</li><li>
Ability to type at 65 words per minute (preferred)</li><li>
DEA license (preferred)</li><li>
Multi-state licensure (preferred)</li><li>
Experience in a fast-paced urgent care or acute care environment (preferred)</li></ul><p><b>
