The role requires someone who can efficiently handle daily business activities, client coordination, billing, and statutory compliance (GST &amp; TDS), while ensuring smooth flow between departments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations &amp; Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with production, sales, and client teams for smooth project execution.</li><li>Track material movement, dispatches, and work progress.</li><li>Manage vendor follow-ups, client updates, and maintain project documentation.</li><li>Prepare project schedules, update progress reports, and handle communication to stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of project and service deliverables.</li></ul>Accounts &amp; Finance<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (ERP or Prime).</li><li>Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense ledgers.</li><li>Manage GST filing, TDS returns, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.</li><li>Support management in financial reports and audit documentation.</li><li>Administration &amp; Support</li><li>Manage office correspondence, quotations, and purchase orders.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and service teams.</li><li>Maintain client and supplier databases systematically.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.</li><li>Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and basic accounting principles.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking ability.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>B.Com / BBA (Finance or Operations preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations &amp; accounts.</li></ul>Personality &amp; Traits<ul><li>Female candidate preferred.</li><li>Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li></ul>Salary Range&#8377;17,000 &ndash; &#8377;22,000 per month (Based on experience &amp; performance)How to Contact usEmail your resume to: info@onetouchsolutionss.comContact: +91 98409 81912Website: www.antirust.coJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounts and Operations: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Tally Prime (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
