 Requirements
 
 
 
 Executive Support &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee intricate calendar management and scheduling for senior leaders across time zones and competing demands
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange comprehensive travel logistics for executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and detailed travel itineraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Equip executives for meetings by preparing briefing documents, agendas, and follow-up action items
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Event Planning &amp; Special Projects
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Steer the planning and execution of client events, company gatherings, and visits from clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential projects and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively manage potential scheduling conflicts or operational hurdles
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Administrative Infrastructure &amp; Process Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and maintain robust administrative systems and processes that scale alongside the company&rsquo;s growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Introduce and enhance tools and technologies to optimize executive workflows and communication channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative documentation with precision and punctuality
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to ensure cohesive coordination across all administrative activities
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative operations supporting senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technology proficiency with calendar management systems, travel platforms, and administrative tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional communication skills with ability to interact confidently with executives, clients, and vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter who excels in ambiguity and can anticipate needs before they arise
