Job Title: HR Intern Department: Human Resources Duration: 2&ndash;6 Months Stipend: Depends on the performance Reporting To: HR Head / HR ExecutiveAbout the Company:We are a leading provider of end-to-end surveillance and security solutions, offering both rental and permanent setups. Our projects span high-profile events and critical infrastructure, backed by a dynamic team and a focus on innovation and excellence.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.</li><li>Support in employee onboarding and documentation.</li><li>Help maintain HR databases and employee files (both digital and physical).</li><li>Coordinate internship and training programs.</li><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Support HR team in attendance and leave tracking.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.</li><li>Assist with drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications.</li><li>Participate in day-to-day administrative tasks and other projects as assigned.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic understanding of HR functions and practices</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>Attention to detail and eagerness to learn</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;5,086.00 - &#8377;11,444.94 per monthWork Location: In person
