The ideal candidate will bring strong operational insight, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes. Preference will be given to candidates from the FMCG Food &amp; Beverages industry, though others with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods.</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound logistics including coordination with transporters, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained; monitor stock movement and lead periodic stock audits.</li><li>Oversee warehouse layout planning, storage methods, and material handling to maximize space utilization and efficiency.</li><li>Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehousing, dispatch, and logistics.</li><li>Monitor KPIs related to logistics performance &ndash; delivery timelines, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and cost controls.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams to streamline supply chain operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Drive process improvements through automation, system enhancements, and staff training.</li><li>Manage and train warehouse and logistics staff to improve performance and accountability.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Graduate in any discipline</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics and warehouse management</li><li>Industry Preference: FMCG (Food &amp; Beverages) or related sectors</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse systems, and logistics software.</li><li>Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP tools, and inventory control.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and drive data-driven decisions.</li><li>Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per month

Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in month-end and year-end processes.
