In this position employee is responsible for handling all financial transactions within the school, including collecting fees, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with school policies and accounting procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and excellent customer service skills when dealing with students, parents, and staff.</div></div></ul></div><div><div><b>
Responsibilities</b></div><ul><div><ul><div>
Collect tuition fees, transport fees, and other school-related payments.</div><div>
Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all transactions.</div><div>
Handle cash, checks, and digital payments securely and efficiently.</div><div>
Reconcile daily collections and prepare reports for the finance department.</div><div>
Maintain and update financial records in the school&rsquo;s accounting system.</div><div>
Assist parents and students with payment inquiries and provide clear information on fee structures.</div><div>
Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely deposits and proper documentation.</div><div>
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.</div><div>
Ensure compliance with school financial policies and procedures.</div><div>
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records.</div></ul></div></ul></div><div><div><b>
Skills Description</b></div><ul><div><div>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements</div><ul><div>
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus).</div><div>
Proven experience as a cashier, preferably in a school or educational institution.</div><div>
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.</div><div>
Strong numerical and organizational skills.</div><div>
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.</div><div><b>
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.</b></div><div>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</div><div>
