<ul><li>Role Overview</li></ul>We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Coordinator to support our day-to-day customer operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for a candidate with basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for customers&mdash;acknowledging emails, sharing updates, and routing queries to the appropriate internal teams.</li><li>Maintain and update customer data, order details, and service records in Excel spreadsheets accurately and on time.</li><li>Track orders, shipments, and service requests; coordinate internally with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly Excel reports such as order status, delivery schedules, and pending actions.</li><li>Follow up with customers for confirmations, feedback, or additional information.</li><li>Escalate any critical issues or delays to the senior team for immediate attention.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, creating simple reports).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
