 Agentic AI workflows using Claude, Gemini, LangChain/LangGraph
 </li>
 <li>
 Internal tools for Sales, CX, and Operations - dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, and process automation that make Onecom faster
 </li>
 <li>
 User‑facing AI products that can be commercialised
 </li>
 <li>
 GCP‑native backend services (Cloud Run, Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Frontend interfaces in React or Next.js
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrations across CRMs, ticketing systems, data warehouses, and communication tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Custom enterprise solutions bespoke solutions for clients where standard products don&rsquo;t fit
 
 
 </li>

 You don&rsquo;t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be competent across most of the stack and able to learn fast. You&rsquo;ve built things end‑to‑end before. You can point to something live, explain your decisions, and be honest about what you&rsquo;d improve. You think about failure modes, not just happy paths. Most importantly: you get things done.
 
 
 
 Core Technical Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Python and/or JavaScript &mdash; you can write clean, production‑quality code
 </li>
 <li>
 GCP experience &ndash; hands on with CGP services (cloud run, Functions, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Firebase)
 </li>
 <li>
 SQL - comfortable writing and optimising queries against PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery as part of automation flows
 </li>
 <li>
 n8n &mdash; strong experience; our primary automation platform for orchestrating complex business logic across systems
 </li>
 <li>
 AI &amp; LLM integration - you&rsquo;ve shipped something real using Claude, Gemini, GPT, or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Frontend development - React or Next.js for UI development
 </li>
 <li>
 API design &amp; integration - REST, OAuth2, webhooks, event‑driven systems
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 AI Specific Skills

 Prompt engineering &mdash; you can write and iterate production-quality prompts; familiar with chain-of-thought, few-shot examples, structured JSON output, and system/role prompt design
 </li>
 <li>
 AI output validation &mdash; you know how to build validation and fallback layers around LLM outputs before they hit downstream systems; you don't just call the API and trust the result
 </li>
 <li>
 AI security &amp; governance &mdash; awareness of prompt injection risks, PII handling in AI pipelines, and output sanitisation; you think about what happens when things go wrong
 </li>
 <li>
 LLM API trade-offs &mdash; practical understanding of token limits, temperature, model selection, and when to use which model for wha
