HR Executive (Oneconnectify LLP): Part Time: Work from homePosition: HR Executive (Female preferred) Location: Remote / Work from Home Employment type: Part-time (4 hours/day), Mon&ndash;Sat Shifts (choose one): 9:30 AM&ndash;2:00 PM OR 1:30 PM&ndash;6:00 PM Age: 22&ndash;35 years Education: Graduate/MBA/HR stream Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR / recruitment / operations Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Starting: &#8377;6,000 / month (Mon&ndash;Sat) + incentives (up to 50% on sales generated)</li><li>Probation: First 3 months (performance review at end of probation)</li><li>Post-probation: On satisfactory performance salary raised to &#8377;10,000 / month</li></ul>Role overview You&rsquo;ll run end-to-end HR sourcing and onboarding while supporting vendor outreach, daily communications, and product listing &amp; training videos for vendors. Strong communication, organization, and basic content creation skills required. Key responsibilities A. Core HR / Team Building<ul><li>Prepare job requirement templates (age, salary, JD, location, qualification).</li><li>Create and publish recruitment flyers using official Canva assets after approval.</li><li>Post hires across social media, job portals, university boards and news feeds.</li><li>Collect applicant data, send standardized WhatsApp &amp; welcome emails.</li><li>Provide candidate briefing about Oneconnectify before interviews.</li><li>Conduct shortlisting and manage 3 rounds of interviews.</li><li>Draft and send offer letters; manage KPA/KRA signing.</li><li>Design employee policies: incentives, promotion, demotion, removal, attendance, salary release &mdash; align with humane, fair standards.</li><li>B. Vendor Outreach</li><li>Make ~50 vendor calls daily for onboarding, follow-up and relationship management.</li></ul>C. Daily Communications<ul><li>Send daily emails (vendor follow-ups, interview schedules, internal updates).</li></ul>D. Product Listing &amp; Training Video<ul><li>List minimum 10 products daily, including short training/intro videos for vendors (self-created or guided).</li><li>Create simple video content that explains listing steps, product features, or vendor training.Skills &amp; qualities</li></ul><ul><li>Good command of written &amp; spoken English (and local language where needed)</li><li>Comfortable with email, Canva, simple video recording (phone)</li><li>Organized, punctual, empathetic, process-driven</li><li>Basic MS Office / Google Sheets for attendance &amp; tracking</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;10,317.44 - &#8377;33,032.90 per monthExpected hours: 50 per weekWork Location: In person
