Job Profile Summary<br>

The technician is responsible for providing operational and technical support for various electrical, instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Functions and Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Comply with ONEOK ESH policies and governmental regulations</li><li>
Install, commission, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain the following equipment including but not limited to:<ul><li>
Instrumentation (e.g., pressure, temperature, level, flow, vibration, transmitters)</li><li>
Control Valves / Actuators</li><li>
Fire and gas detection systems</li><li>
Flow computers</li><li>
Gas analyzers</li><li>
ESD and safety interlock systems (SIS)</li><li>
Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, remote terminal units (RTU) and wireless communications</li><li>
Programmable logic control (PLC) and distributed control systems (DCS)</li><li>
Standalone human machine interface (HMI) and HMI work stations</li><li>
Operational technology (OT) networks and networking equipment (e.g., Switches, Fiber, Ethernet, Media Converters)</li><li>
Modbus networks</li><li>
Pneumatic instrumentation and air supply systems</li><li>
Emission control devices (e.g., flare systems, vapor recovery units, combustors)</li><li>
Compressors and pumps</li><li>
Medium voltage (2300V &ndash; 13.8 KV) equipment (e.g., MCCs, switchgear, disconnects, drives, transformers, motors)</li><li>
Low voltage (120V &ndash; 480V) equipment (e.g., MCCs, switchgear, disconnects, distribution panels, drives, transformers, motors)</li><li>
Lighting systems</li><li>
Process heaters</li></ul></li><li>
Maintain and/or modify records including but not limited to:<ul><li>
Maintenance and repair records (work order management)</li><li>
Incident reporting</li><li>
Mechanical / electrical schematics (P&amp;ID&rsquo;s, C&amp;E&rsquo;s, PFD)</li><li>
Commissioning documentation</li><li>
Management of change (MOC) and pre-startup safety review (PSSR)</li></ul></li><li>
Responsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline. Job duties also require the employee to be alert and respond immediately to dangerous or hazardous conditions, and where impaired performance, or failure to follow safety precautions, could result in serious injury or property damage.</li><li>
Operate and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles</li><li>
Complete training requirements set forth by ONEOK</li><li>
Provide leadership/mentorship to less senior technicians</li><li>

Education</div><ul><li>
High School diploma or GED required</li><li>
Electrical apprenticeship / license or industrial instrumentation related associates degree preferred</li></ul><div></div><div>
Work Experience</div><ul><li>
Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including but not limited to:<ul><li>
Hand/power tools</li><li>
Electronic testing devices</li><li>
Electrical PPE</li><li>
Electrical safety equipment</li></ul></li><li>
Experience and training related to:<ul><li>
Gas processing fundamentals</li><li>
Computers and I&amp;E related software</li><li>
Governmental rules, regulations, and (electric) codes and standards</li><li>
Industry related procedures including safe handling practices for flammable gases, liquids, and high pressure systems</li><li>
Reliability based programs</li></ul></li><li>
Experience reading and interpreting repair orders, electrical drawings, procedures, charts, diagrams, dials, gauges, and equipment manuals</li><li>
Experience preparing, processing, or verifying maintenance and repair records, safety reports, electrical schematics and diagrams, and material and supply orders</li></ul><div></div><div>

Knowledge of: the use and function of reciprocating or, compressors, and electronic and processing equipment applicable to position</li><li>
