What you will do:</b></div><ul><li>
Lead the preparation of submittals for customer and engineering review.</li><li>
Review submittal responses and adjust bill of material for order placement.</li><li>
Create purchase orders and communicate job release requirements to vendors.</li><li>
Track delivery dates, maintain shipment summary and coordinate timely delivery to job sites while communicating this information regularly to customers.</li><li>
Maintain project BOM and manage customer invoicing in a timely manner.</li><li>
Quote change orders and project addition opportunities.
</li><li>Stay up to date on all freight claims &amp; return material requests.</li><li>
Perform project close out including financial review and addressing any open items.</li><li>
Exercise discretion regarding changes to the BOM and pricing throughout the project. Communicate with customer and sales team, as appropriate.</li><li>
Use your judgment to make informed decisions that drive project management success, while aligning with company goals.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What you will bring:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience managing projects from $50K - $500K from start to finish.</li><li>
Ability to manage a book of projects, up to $5 million in annual invoicing.</li><li>
Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required</li><li>
Associates Degree; or</li><li>
2 - 4 years' of related experience and/or training; or</li><li>
Equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
General product knowledge and a commitment to stay up to date on assigned learning plans to build skills and remain current on new technology, trends and processes.</li><li>
Ability to engage and support team members, when available, to create bandwidth to take on additional work.
</li><li>Proven ability to start and complete tasks and be detail oriented.</li><li>
Willingness to assist in the training and development of other team members.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office, etc.</li><li>
Team player who will abide by OneSource strong core values and beliefs.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Location and Work Hours: </b>Hybrid (1x/week) our of our San Leandro, CA office &ndash; work hours 8:00am-5:00pm</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Salary Range:
</b></div><ul><li>This exempt position pays between $68,640.00 &ndash; $86,132.00. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
