The responsibilities include BUT are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Ensure and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.</li><li>Always maintain excellent grooming standards to reflect Maison de Joelle Group&rsquo;s image.</li><li>Ensure communications ethics particularly while talking on the phone with the clients.</li><li>Maintain good customer service for welcoming, leave taking, customer retention, retaining client details, customer complaints &amp; line ups.</li><li>Prepare daily report of income and report to the Salon Manager.</li><li>Ensure all the printing materials are available in the salon.</li><li>Keep track of the timing of performing a service by technicians.</li><li>Ensure that our telephone and printer are working properly.</li><li>Handling guests&rsquo; needs while maintaining a professional and pleasant manner.</li><li>Ensure clients feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments.</li><li>Acquire and maintain an excellent working knowledge of the computer &amp; booking system.</li><li>Handle customer complaints in an efficient manner &amp; escalate to salon manager when necessary.</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as directed.</li><li>Responsible for the cash sales in salon.</li><li>Promote, upsell &amp; cross-sell products and services.</li><li>Explain products, services and treatments to clients and assist them with determining their individual needs.</li><li>Answer calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.</li><li>Follow-up or check clients' appointments.</li><li>Reporting to the Salon Manager.</li><li>Job description may change as per the Management's discretion.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>beauty salon: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
