Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced female Sales Executive (specializing in salon haircare products) to join our prestigious team at Maison De Joelle. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client services, train salon hairdressers, and perform B2B sales to promote our premium salon products.Key Responsibilities:As an Outdoor Sales Executive:<ul><li>Open new B2B salon accounts and maintain existing client relationships.</li><li>Distribute brochures and samples to generate leads.</li><li>Submit quotations and conduct product demonstrations.</li><li>Educate clients about our salon product range and close sales.</li><li>Follow up with clients and maintain a sales log/database.</li><li>Meet sales targets and support overall business growth.</li></ul>As a Trainer:<ul><li>Demonstrate advanced skills in haircare trends and products.</li><li>Train salon technicians on techniques, hygiene, and product use.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and quality assurance in salon performance.</li><li>Perform haircare services, especially haircolor and treatment.</li><li>Maintain equipment and manage inventory.</li><li>Enforce salon hygiene, procedures, and safety standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Qatar driving license and own car(mandatory)</li><li>Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and training experience in the beauty industry.</li><li>Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).</li><li>Preferably a licensed cosmetologist.</li><li>Strong communication, teaching, and artistic skills.</li><li>Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and hands-on approach.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time, PermanentExperience: Outdoor Sales: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:<ul><li>Cosmetology Certification (Preferred)</li><li>Qatar Driving License and own car (Required)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you female?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>cosmetology: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Qatar Driving License (Required)</li></ul>
