Job Title: Company SecretaryLocation: Andheri MIDC Experience: 2+ Year CTC: Up to 10 LPA Working Days: 6 Days (9:00 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM) Education: CS Qualification (ICSI) Gender: OpenRole Summary: The role drives statutory compliance, governance, and regulatory filings while supporting the Board with accurate documentation and oversight.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all ROC filings and statutory compliances under Companies Act, 2013.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes, and event-based compliances.</li><li>Draft notices, agendas, and minutes for Board/Shareholder meetings.</li><li>Ensure governance adherence and provide compliance advisory to management.</li><li>Liaise with MCA, ROC, auditors, and legal authorities for regulatory matters.</li><li>Support audits, due diligence, documentation, and corporate restructuring.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>CS qualification with 1&ndash;5 years of experience.</li><li>Strong command over company law, secretarial standards, and compliance portals.</li><li>Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet timelines.</li><li>First preference to Jewellery industry</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Company Secretary: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
