Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a vibrant team environment.Duties<ul><li>Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using Simple practice and spruce health communication app</li><li>Handle incoming calls via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via email, chat, or phone</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization</li><li>Support office management functions such as front desk duties, filing systems, starting charts and</li><li>Conduct basic clerical tasks including typing, data entry, and document formatting to meet organizational standards</li><li>Manage correspondence and follow-up communications efficiently to keep projects on track</li><li>Coordinate with clients or team members in multiple languages if bilingual skills are available</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or as a personal assistant with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Simple Practice, Spruce Health Communication, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and file management</li><li>Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette; bilingual ability is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques</li><li>Previous experience with office management or clerical roles preferred</li><li>Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism</li></ul>Join us as a Virtual Assistant/Front Desk and become an essential part of our team!
