Key responsibilities: 
Career mapping for Creators along with building ancillary support for a 360 degree management for the creators
 
Executing & negotiating brand led deals along with ideating on briefs & building concepts
 
Servicing day to day inquiries for creators across Live, Content & Brand verticals for both incoming & outgoing inquiries
 
Building Live Touring plans for creators, negotiating & executing corporate, college & ticketed shows along with amplifying their potential to upscale their gigs.
 
Advising on building content plans, planning year long supplementary content pieces & identifying & grow a subculture and niche for the creators
 
Work & liaison with different teams within the company
 
Skills: 
Good with basics of Excel
 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 
Being able to identifying & analyze trends/ analytics
 
Qualifications and Prior Experience: 
3 years of prior experience in artist management/A&R or other related roles.

The Role: 
We are looking for a Senior Creative Director – Art to lead our design function. This role is about building a visual language that makes work unforgettable for brands and for audiences.
 
You will head our art team, mentor young talent, and partner with strategy and copy to shape campaigns, IPs, and experiences. From brand worlds to live environments, from strong identities to digital content, you will make sure the work has craft, clarity, and impact.
 
Who You Will do: 
You will set the tone for design at MO from the very beginning
 
Lead design at MO and define the visual direction across campaigns, IPs, and branded experiences
 
Build and mentor a strong design team, set standards, and raise the level of craft
 
Work with creative leadership to bring ideas to life from concept to execution
 
Challenge safe thinking while ensuring projects deliver on time
 
Translate ideas across digital, motion, identity, print, and space
 
Partner with clients to imagine design systems that live in culture
 
Who You Are: 
10+ years in advertising, or creative studios, with 3 to 4 years leading teams
 
A portfolio that shows range across award-winning campaigns, branding, experiences, and content
 
Strong understanding of how design works in digital, motion, and real-world environments
 
A team builder who knows how to mentor, inspire, and manage different creative strengths
 
Able to balance bold ideas with clarity and practicality

Key Responsibilities: 
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 designers, guiding them from concept to execution while fostering a

 Develop and present creative concepts for new pitches and 360-degree digital campaigns that are
 rooted in a deep understanding of client goals and insights.
 Act as a hands-on individual contributor, personally delivering high-quality design work across a
 variety of mediums, including graphic design, art direction, and motion design.
 Stay ahead of design trends and cultural conversations to develop a fresh, contemporary design
