Job Title: React.js Frontend Developer Department: IT / Software Development Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Frontend DevelopmentJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented React.js Frontend Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies, a solid understanding of state management, and experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js.</li><li>Build reusable and scalable UI components following industry best practices.</li><li>Implement efficient state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit.</li><li>Integrate REST APIs and handle dynamic data rendering.</li><li>Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.</li><li>Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project managers.</li><li>Optimize frontend performance and address UI/UX issues.</li><li>Debug and troubleshoot component-level and functional issues.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).</li><li>Hands-on experience with TypeScript.</li><li>Experience in state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit.</li><li>UI development experience with Tailwind CSS.</li><li>Good understanding of component-based architecture.</li><li>Knowledge of REST API integration.</li><li>Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Basic working knowledge of Git and version control workflows.</li></ul>Areas of Expertise:<ul><li>Developing modular and reusable UI components.</li><li>Implementing responsive layouts for web applications.</li><li>Managing data flow and architecture with Redux.</li><li>Frontend performance tuning and optimization.</li><li>Debugging UI and functional issues efficiently.</li></ul>Preferred Project Experience:<ul><li>Worked on at least 1&ndash;2 mid-sized React applications.</li><li>Projects involving complex API integrations and dynamic data handling.</li><li>Experience using Redux for large-scale state management.</li><li>UI implementation using Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.</li><li>Exposure to component-driven development practices.</li></ul>Project Assignment After Joining:Selected candidates will be assigned to ongoing or upcoming projects based on project requirements, workload, and delivery timelines.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
