Job Summary: Support site execution activities under guidance from senior engineers. Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary: The Senior Accountant oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and supports compliance with statutory and organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliation.</li><li>Review and ensure accurate GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance filings.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and fund management.</li><li>Support audits by preparing schedules and coordinating with internal/external auditors.</li><li>Verify and approve expense claims, invoices, and payment processes.</li><li>Maintain asset registers and oversee depreciation calculations.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.</li><li>Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.</li><li>Guide junior accounting staff and provide necessary training when required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of accounting experience; senior-level experience preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in handling audits and financial reporting independently.</li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
