<div><p>onsemi is seeking a Facilities Equipment Technician to work in the Facilities Gas Group organization in our Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill, NY. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, the continuous operation and maintenance of the following systems: Inert gas farms, specialty gas delivery systems, bulk gas delivery systems, gas plumbing, and other auxiliary equipment and controllers that support gas chemistry delivery to fab manufacturing. This technician will be responsible for proper system operation, routine cylinder changes, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as responding to and troubleshooting system alarms and controls. Primary work activities will be supporting daily operations through cylinder changes and equipment maintenance. Technicians must be able to work in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and schedule flexibility are important as weekend coverage will be required.

</b></p></div><div><ul><li>Position is for Day Shift CWW 12hr. Schedule. Overtime may be required at times, and emergency call-ins are a possibility.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance activities and visual inspection tours, documenting performance metrics on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>React to error messages on building and site systems and/or equipment, and recover from process and tool interruptions.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>The ability to operate and provide Reliability Centered Maintenance to a wide variety of mechanical and environmental systems and equipment.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Utilize computers to document and communicate system status for all site operation systems, including shift logs, to collaborate across all shifts.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with and utilization of LEAN tools to ensure continuous improvement, utilization, and costs.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Interact with customers such as Engineering, Maintenance, and Manufacturing.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work in noisy areas, and the ability to handle chemicals / chemical handling equipment safely is required. Working outside in all seasons part of the time.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Strong team member, able to work well with a global team, new team members as needed based on assignment, while able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an effective manner.

</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a periodic basis throughout the shift (preventive maintenance) and/or process issues, ability to perform maintenance activities, and work in the standing position for the majority of a 12-hour shift (excluding breaks).

</b></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Reliability Technician to support our Allen Texas Rel Lab operations. This role is critical for evaluating the durability and integrity of semiconductor components. You will be responsible for executing complex stress tests, specifically focusing on ESD and Latchup characterization, to ensure our products meet industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.</p></div>

</b></p><ul><li>Reliability Testing: Set up and execute a variety of environmental and mechanical stress tests according to defined protocols (THB, HAST, HTOL, HTSL, Temp Cycle).
</li><li>ESD Characterization: Perform component-level ESD testing, including Human Body Model (HBM) and Charged Device Model (CDM), using automated test equipment.
</li><li>Latchup Testing: Conduct Latchup testing per JEDEC standards (e.g., JESD78) to identify functional failures or permanent damage caused by parasitic structures.
</li><li>Data Analysis: Monitor tests in progress, collect raw data, and provide initial reports on pass/fail criteria and unexpected electrical behavior.
</li><li>Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of ESD and Latchup testers. Basic equipment maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous tool availability.
</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of test setups, board configurations, and failure symptoms for the engineering team.
</li><li>Execute test setups per engineer-provided test plans and document results accurately.
</li><li>Record and track device data, lot movement, and test progress in lab systems.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and cleanroom protocols.

</li><li>Ability to read schematics and use standard lab tools (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Curve Tracers).
