Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator primary objective is to coordinate the Marketing team in promoting Onsite Safety as the leading provider in safety services. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and promoting our safety products and solutions, aligning with Onsite Safety's marketing strategies, policies, and programs. The Marketing Coordinator demonstrates Onsite Safety&rsquo;s mission, vision and core values at every level of work performance.
Requirements:

Essential Job Functions<ul><li>
Build and maintain brand awareness and positioning to ensure that Onsite's company branding standards are upheld.</li><li>
Implementing effective marketing strategies that support Onsite Safety's vision and increase sales.</li><li>
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote safety products and services.</li><li>
Create and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.</li><li>
Oversee social media accounts, SEO efforts, PPC campaigns, and website updates to drive brand visibility.</li><li>
Coordinate logistics for industry events, trade shows, and safety training seminars.</li><li>
Research demand for Onsite Safety's services, competitors, and industry trends.</li><li>
Measure and report on marketing performance and analyze marketing output using metrics feedback, online marketing best practices, advertising campaigns, and social media.</li><li>
Identify, build and retain customers through marketing projects.</li><li>
Any other duties as assigned.</li><li>
Complete projects according to scheduled due dates in a time-sensitive manner submitted via the Marketing Work Requests.</li><li>
Track and document all submitted work requests through all stages from project inception to completion.</li><li>

Work Environment and Time Requirements
The Marketing Coordinator works a standard work week in an office environment. At times, they may be required to work evenings, weekends, and overtime hours to accommodate necessary activities.
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.</li><li>
7+ combined years of marketing, graphic design, and content creation experience.</li><li>
Innovative and creative thinker with proven experience working with document and spreadsheet software, social media tools and CRM software.</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience working with CMS and marketing analytics tools (e.g. WordPress, Google Analytics).</li><li>
Exceptional communication and budget-management skills.</li><li>
Great business leader with demonstrated professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.</li><li>
Adept at quickly adapting to a changing work environment.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Certifications from one or more of the following associations: The Association of Strategic Marketing, The American Marketing Association, The Marketing Management Association</li></ul>
