We are looking for talented HVAC professionals who are interested in investing in their career and representing Ontario Refrigeration&rsquo;s mission and standard of quality customer service and people-first culture.Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field (10+ years)</li><li>Certified EPA Type II and III or Universal (preferred)</li><li>Strong work ethic with a desire to gain industry knowledge</li><li>Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and mechanical aptitude skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>As a Sr. Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will:<ul><li>Inspect and perform repairs on chillers, package units, split systems, air handlers, WSHPs, VFDs, boilers, fan coils, and cooling towers</li><li>Replace compressors and motors</li><li>Access and navigate building automation control systems through front-end computer terminals</li><li>Navigate, clear alarms, reset, and adjust parameters on VFDs</li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li></ul>We also offer the following benefits:<ul><li>Training</li><li>Medical, dental, and life insurance</li><li>Paid vacation (up to 3 weeks)</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Paid sick time (1 week)</li><li>401K with 30% match</li><li>Company supplied tools, uniform, boots, and cell phone/iPad</li><li>Company vehicle</li><li>Education reimbursement</li><li>40+ hours full-time</li></ul>Who we are:We are an established and growing commercial HVAC/R company, celebrating 65+ years in the business.
