Location: 2910 Limestone Way, Paso Robles, CA
Standard Hours: Tuesdays through Saturday - Must be able to work holidays and holiday weekends.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Event Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of on-and off-site events. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand integrity, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless logistics from concept to completion.
The Events Coordinator for ONX Wines &amp; Kiler Canyon Vineyard is responsible for enhancing consumer engagement and sales. Working closely with all Hospitality department heads, the Events Coordinator coordinates efforts to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with brand objectives.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Identifying, qualifying, and securing pouring opportunities at off-site venues in California. This may involve researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.</li><li>
Collaborating with key vendors to secure account relationships.</li><li>
Maintaining short and long-term business development plans.</li><li>
Securing leads (consumer data) from off-site pourings.</li><li>
Collaborating with the Hospitality Director on event goals, planning, and forecasting. Meeting or exceeding annual event goals.</li><li>
Plan and organize on-site events for ONX &amp; KCV wineries and vineyard locations as well as consumer-focused off-site events for ONX &amp; KCV.</li><li>
Plan, organize, and run our Hosted at Home program. Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls, and emails to potential clients.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with wine club, tasting room/vineyard, marketing, and production teams to align event strategy with broader business goals.</li><li>
Track and analyze event KPIs to continually improve processes and performance.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of bookings, permits, vendor relationships, and inventory.</li><li>
Manage all aspects of event execution, including set-up, break-down, and duration, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.</li><li>
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local vendors, as well as vendors in areas ONX &amp; KCV will look to regularly visit (e.g., LA County, Orange County, San Diego, to name a few).</li><li>
Adhere to budget and cash flow plans, overseeing the ordering of supplies and scheduling partner vendors as necessary. Manage event timelines, budgets, contracts, and post-event evaluations.</li><li>
Track and compile metrics related to event attendance and sales, with a focus on driving increased sales metrics at ONX &amp; KCV events.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to manage vineyard and tasting room reservations around events and to schedule staff assistance as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager on events and experiences to help drive traffic to the tasting room and vineyard.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by Hospitality Director.</li></ul>
In addition to tasks defined above, the Events Coordinator is responsible for managing the following event types at ONX Wines &amp; Kiler Canyon Vineyard:<ul><li>
Club Events (e.g. Club parties, Club pickup parties, educational seminars, etc)</li><li>
Vineyard Events (Dinner in the Vines, Vineyard BBQ, Pup Walk, Harvest Experience, Holiday at the Farmstead, etc.</li><li>
Winery Events (Beer &amp; Wine collaborative dinner, Winemaker for a Day, Mother&rsquo;s Day Music, New Release tastings, Yappy Hour, etc)</li><li>
Wholesale Events (coordinate Distributor and Account visits/special experiences, assist with details of dinners at accounts)</li><li>
PRWCA Events (Paso Wine S&rsquo;cool, Blendfest, Wine Fest, Destination Showcase, etc)</li><li>
Off-Site DTC Focused events (Assorted promotional pouring events such as Hospice du Rhone, Wine Fest, any Food &amp; Wine Fest, Hollywood Bowl, Edible SLO Dinners, etc)</li><li>
Private Events (large group tastings greater than 10 guests, private on-site dinners, private oasis and tractor shed events, vineyard picnics)</li></ul>

Requirements:

Required Experience, Education, &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the wine industry or hospitality sector.</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with strict attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul></div>
