Role Overview</b></h3><p>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <b>Project Manager </b>to oversee key initiatives across our product, engineering, and analytics teams. Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from spec development through execution and delivery</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product operations, marketing, and social media</p></li><li><p>
Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives</p></li><li><p>
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track</p></li><li><p>
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives</p></li><li><p>

Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><p>
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a tech or data-focused environment (4-6 preferred)</p></li><li><p>
